4. Travel-support functions (buying tickets and booking hotels for travel of all employees business travels, preparation of all necessary documents for employees to obtain visas, passports, writing invitations for expat guests for making Russian visas).
5. PA functions (booking cabs and restaurants for Management team (expats) in Russia and abroad, solving issues related to the malfunctioning of appliances and plumbing equipment in CEO corporate apartment, extending insurance for CEO corporate car, performing other personal errands).
